I'm Virginia Keating, a Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner driven by a simple, yet crucial, mission: To bring the utmost in professionalism, skill, and safety to every aesthetic treatment.
When I entered this field, I made it my priority to immerse myself in education, believing that the key to outstanding results is rooted in stringent safety and technical, precise mastery. My dedication evolved into a passion for improving the profession as a whole.
My commitment to this mission resulted in the development of the miRing™ aspiration ring. I invented miRing™ to help other professionals, and myself, provide the most skilled and safest environment possible for patients, ensuring that sophisticated technique and safety always go hand-in-hand.

Virginia brings more than 20 years of business and marketing experience and over a decade in aesthetic medicine, supported by degrees in business, nursing, and a Master of Science in Nursing. That insight led her to develop the miRing™ Medical Injector Ring, transforming an idea into an innovative device validated by enthusiastic response from fellow aesthetic injectors.

Claudine Wilkins is an accomplished attorney, entrepreneur, and organizational leader, bringing more than 30 years of experience in legal affairs, strategic planning, program development, and organizational leadership. She has demonstrated the ability to build organizations, develop operational programs, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and establish strategic partnerships.
