miRing can be sterilized using an autoclaved, wipped with most cleaning products including: caviwipes, hibiclens, alcohol. Jewelry cleaner can also be used to clean for apearance only. To polish ring use a non-abrasive cloth.

How do I return or exchange an item to miRing USA?
You may use the same packing materials sent to you and any packing materials that will allow you to send the item in its original box back to us without getting damaged or broken.
Include your order number, reason for return and contact information with your return.
Once item has been received, the credit will be issued to your original form of payment. You will only be credited for the cost of the actual item, minus discounts or promotions.
You will not be refunded the original cost of shipping.
